Just want to share the good news from Bella's appointment with the pediatric cardiologist. She behaved WONDERFULLY - the EKG tech's comment was that was the best pediatric EKG ever - and I believe her because she gave her a hug, gave her 2 suckers and a roll of stickers for behaving so well. Here are some new pictures of Isabella from the first few days of March.  I took Bella to the doctor last Friday and again yesterday because she has a bit of a cold and seemed to be having trouble breathing.  The ped said it could be broncholitis and prescribed albuterol treatments for her every 6 hours.  I can tell she is feeling much better today, and I’m hoping to wean her off the albuterol

Just got in from another walk - it was mighty cold (25 degrees with quite a bit of wind) but I feel great.  I did 2.4 miles in 46 minutes, which while slower than yesterday's walk, I had to watch out for black ice today.  Plus I saw one of my mom's friend on my walk, so I had to stop and talk to her for a minute and lost some of my momentum after that.  It was still 3.13 miles per hour though! :)

It's been a while since I last posted.  I had a decent week at WW last week - down 0.6 lbs, so I am heading the right way.  I walked 1.8 miles Wednesday night while Beto was in class, and today was just beautiful weather and I walked outside (YAYYYYY!!) for 45 minutes and made it 2.5 miles in that time, which is like walking 3.3 miles per hour.  Since my goal was 3mph, I am very happy with that.

My MRI Results thankfully came back fine.  They noticed a little fullness in one artery but said it wasn't anything to be concerned about.  They just want to do another MRI in 6 months to make sure it's still stable and hasn't changed.

Woke up with a migraine this morning and unfortunately it got worse throughout the day in spite of popping Tylenol various times.  I don't ever take more than Tylenol for fear that the one day I do take something stronger would be the day I was pregnant.  Is that silly? Walk on the treadmill at least 1x a week for at least 45 minutes. Do my WW walking video at least 2x a week until the pool opens and at least 1x a week once the pool opens back up.
